Signal House Apartments is a striking residential addition to Atlanta’s historic Ponce City Market, developed by Jamestown. The project required a signage program that would balance modern residential needs with the iconic character of one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. Fravert Services delivered a comprehensive signage package that elevated both functionality and design. Highlights included custom bronze exterior signage to complement the market’s timeless architecture, a steel logo mark finished with a clear sealer, and innovative elevator lobby supergraphics designed with a disappearing optical effect. Inside, the team executed a complete code-compliant life safety system, resident unit signs, and a strategic wayfinding program. The result is a cohesive signage system that enhances the resident and visitor experience while reinforcing the property’s brand identity—an example of design and craftsmanship working in perfect harmony.
