Fravert was selected to fabricate and install all signage for the development, delivering thousands of signs along with experiential elements such as murals, perforated feature walls, illuminated structures, and even a custom installation that spelled out “Nashville Yards” using authentic railroad cross spikes. To meet the client’s budget goals, the team provided value engineered options that maintained design intent while reducing costs. The project came to life through Fravert’s self performed capabilities, with in-house design, manufacturing, and installation crews ensuring tight deadlines were met.
