Fravert partnered with RCP on their Wellory Living project, Huntsville’s first net-zero apartment community, to deliver a comprehensive signage program from concept through installation. Designed to complement the property’s modern aesthetic and sustainability-driven vision, the signage integrates seamlessly with both the architecture and user experience.
The exterior signage scope was introduced late in the construction process, requiring close coordination with the general contractor and structural engineers. Through a collaborative, design-build approach, Fravert developed solutions that minimized rework while ensuring all mounting conditions were structurally sound and aligned with project timelines. Exterior signage features face and side illuminated letterforms with advanced LED technology, offering customizable colors and programmable lighting patterns.
Inside, the signage program was thoughtfully developed to balance ADA compliance with elevated design. All code-required signage was executed to meet accessibility standards while maintaining a clean, cohesive look throughout the property. Drawing from the building’s exposed concrete aesthetic, Fravert utilized concrete laminate and 100% recycled acrylic to create a system that feels fully integrated into the interior environment rather than applied as an afterthought.
The result is a streamlined, fully coordinated signage program that reinforces Wellory Living’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and thoughtful design.
